I’d like to preface this post by saying that I don’t think that I could achieve a single one of the 10 fitness benchmarks laid out by British ex-rugby league player-turned-fitness-expert, Chris Feather, in the GQ article below. This looks like elite level fitness to me. But maybe you’re in good enough shape to hit a few of these targets?
