This is a simple hack. It only takes a few minutes before going to sleep at night.
In the video below, Jack Canfield, American author and motivational speaker, explains the power of planning your next day the night before. For some, this might seem overwhelming. Perhaps you have a full-time job and a family and other obligations. Maybe it doesn’t seem that you have enough freedom to even plan anything other than what you are already obligated to do.
If you want to change your life, you will need to find some space you can take control over. Then you’ll want to expand that level of control to other spaces in your life over time. Therefore, instead of planning your entire day the night before, how about simply picking one, two, or maybe three important items you want to get done the following day and focus on these?
Better yet, plan these for the early morning, before your day gets crazy.
