Flow state is a peak mental state where you’re fully immersed in an activity, feeling energized focus, often losing tack of time. Sometimes, this state is triggered by playing a game, dancing to music, or doing meaningful work that matches our skills. But many struggle to find flow during periods of work. Imagine how much more productive we could be if we could trigger flow state while working on our jobs, side hustles, or personal projects.
